Gear Up for Success
At The Ref Stop, we take pride in partnering with multiple County Football Associations and other key organisations to support the growth and development of referees. By working closely with counties, referee development teams, and a variety of impactful initiatives, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the refereeing community.
Our partnerships with County FAs include providing essential referee match equipment, safeguarding armbands for under-18s, training and match kits, emergency contact cards, and coach and observer notepads and more—all offered at discounted rates. We also support referee associations by supplying discount codes and gifts assisting them in attracting more members to their meetings.
In addition to our work with County FAs, we collaborate with initiatives like Football v Homophobia, supporting their mission to create an inclusive and respectful environment within football. Through this partnership, we promote key events, such as the Month of Action, and contribute proceeds from sales of our rainbow lanyards. We’re also proud to partner with Ref Chat, fostering connections and discussions within the refereeing community.
Beyond these collaborations, we are dedicated to supporting new and experienced match officials by donating significant amounts of kits, equipment, and funds. Through these efforts, we empower referees and champion their growth. Our passion lies in promoting diversity, inclusion, and development in refereeing, and we actively pursue this through partnerships with a variety of associations and organisations.
